What additional fee changes were made by Law 7566 for 2026?

Law 7566 (4 December 2025, effective 1 January 2026) amended Law 492 in two places. Article 7 of Law 7566 modified Tarifa No. 2 (passport, visa fees, and similar). Article 9 modified paragraphs of Tarifa No. 8 and added new paragraphs and sections.
These changes are in addition to the 18.95% across-the-board increase from the 2026 Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı in law-10.
Watch-outs
- Law 7566 may have introduced new fee categories, not just adjusted existing ones. Confirm the current schedule; don't extrapolate by adding 18.95% to a 2025 number.
- The combined effect on a specific permit type may be greater than 18.95% if your category was also restructured by Law 7566.
